To ensure every client receives an intentional, elevated experience, the following policies outline how sessions are scheduled, confirmed, and honored. These expectations allow me to show up fully prepared, focused, and on time - just as I expect from each client
Appointment Booking & Confirmation All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. A confirmation request will be sent prior to your appointment. Appointments are not considered confirmed until the confirmation request has been completed. Unconfirmed appointments may be released.
Reminders & Communication As a courtesy, appoinment reminder are sent prior to your scheduled session. These reminders are provided to support preparation and timing; however, it remains the client's responsibility to arrive on time and ready for their appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the start of their scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the session, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full amount of services booked. This policy exists to honor time reserved exclusively for you.
No-Show Policy Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be marked as a no-show and charged the full service amount. Repeated no-shows may require future appointments to be approved on a case-by-case basis.
Late Arrivals Timeliness is essential to maintaining a seamless experience. Clients arriving late may have their service adjusted or shortened to accommodate the remaining scheduled time. Appointments delayed beyond a reasonable window may be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly.
Payments & Fees All prices are listed prior to booking. By completing a booking, clients authorize payment according to the services selected and the policies outlines on this site. Payment is accepeted via major credit and debit cards through secure checkout. Select digital payment methods may also be accepted as communicated during booking. Charges related to cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows are processed according to the booking terms agreed upon at checkout.
Service Expectations I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who does not respect the studio environment, policies, or professional boundaries. This ensures a safe, respectful, and elevated experience for all clients.
